Coming to an event to get help with your own bills? That's over here →

Register your service for an event

For services, councils and community organisations attending a Bring Your Bills event as a stallholder. Register below — no passcode needed. Once SECL approves your registration, your service (with its logo and a short note on how you can help) appears on the event's public page, and your confirmation email includes your service's unique code for the on-the-day survey and your impact page.

SECL staff: list this service instantly

Only SECL staff have this. With it, the service is listed on the event page immediately and its code is shown on the success screen — no review step. Everyone else should leave this empty; your registration goes to SECL for approval.

Your service

Pick your service if it's listed — its existing logo will be reused.

Shown publicly on the event page next to your service, so community members know what you can help with. Up to 600 characters.

Event-day checklist (optional — tick what you can confirm now; SECL follows up on the rest)

Why we ask for this: your name, contact details and headcount are used only so SECL can review this registration, plan the event, and coordinate with you on the day — never made public. Only your service's name, logo and "how you can help" summary appear on the website, and only after SECL approves.

Please only enter your own name and contact details. If you're registering on a colleague's behalf, let them know first — we'll be contacting them about the event.

Your own details (name, contact details, headcount, notes) are held privately and deleted after 5 years, and you can ask us to correct or delete them any time by emailing byb@secl.org.au. Your service's name, logo and "how we can help" summary appear on this website's public event listing once SECL approves your registration. Email us if you'd like them changed or taken down.

Your privacy, in plain words. SECL's full policy: secl.org.au/policies.
