Staff & partner sign-in
Enter your passcode and you'll get your own set of links, no need to remember which page is which, or type your code again on each one.
Recorded against what you do on the staff pages, so there's a trail. Partners can leave this blank.
A service code looks like ANGE-7K2M-BQF and came with your
confirmation email. Lost it? Email byb@secl.org.au.
No code yet?
If your service hasn't been to an event before, start with register your service. It needs no code, and SECL sends yours when they approve it.
Your pages
Event calendar
The month view, with every region and the sector entries. The public page is a plain list of what's coming up.
Filter by region
No events this month yet. Check back soon.
Event materials
Flyers, social media tiles, run sheets and parking maps, per event. One place to grab what you need, so you're not hunting through an email thread.
Service library
Every service that has been to a Bring Your Bills event, and how to reach them about hardship. For when someone needs a service that isn't at the event today.
Your profile
Hardship contacts
How SECL and other services reach you about hardship, in the service library. Not published on the public site. This is what a worker reads out when someone needs your service on a day you're not at an event, so give your team's published contacts rather than a personal number.
Hours, which option to press, who to ask for. Leaving a field empty here clears it, the library will show that you have no contact on file.
Your logo
Shown beside your name on every event page you're listed on. Replacing it here updates it everywhere at once, you don't need to email SECL.
PNG, JPEG or WebP, under 500KB. A square-ish logo works best, the event page shows it small. A photo straight off a phone will be far too big, so export it smaller first. Avoid a white or very pale logo: event pages have a white background, so it would be invisible there. The preview above is on white for exactly that reason, if it looks blank, that is what visitors see.
