Register or request an event change

For services and councils running Bring Your Bills events. Add a new event, edit or remove one you host, or confirm your organisation is attending someone else's event. Every request is checked by SECL staff before it appears on the calendar. You'll hear back at the email you provide.

A service's unique code (like ANGE-7K2M), issued when SECL publishes your first stallholder registration. This queues your request for review. SECL staff: either the SECL passcode or the staff passcode works here, and applies your change to the live site straight away. No code yet? Email byb@secl.org.au.

Attending someone else's event as a service or stallholder? Use the service registration form instead. It covers your logo, headcount and the event-day checklist in one go.

Event details

For an event over several days, this is the time it runs each day.

Only for events running over more than one day, like a conference. Leave it empty for a normal one-day event. If you fill it in, this is the last day, a 25th-to-27th event shows on the calendar as all three days.

Pick a region for a real Bring Your Bills event. For a conference, training day, holiday or other notice, choose the last option, it goes on the calendar as a dated entry with no status and nothing to register for, and community members only see it if they tick “Show conferences, training and other sector events” on the calendar.

Shown on the public listings under the event's name. Start typing to pick from Victoria's councils, or type your own.

Who is running it: SECL alone, SECL with a partner, or another organisation running a Bring Your Bills event. Leave this as “Not set” for a conference, training day, holiday or other notice, all three options describe a Bring Your Bills event, and those aren't one. This is for SECL's own records and isn't shown publicly.

Leave this unticked for a normal walk-in Bring Your Bills event. People book through this website either way, so SECL always has the numbers.

Why we ask for this: your name, organisation and email are used only so SECL can review this request and follow up with you about it, never made public or shared beyond that.
